our cookies are best eaten within a week of bake (bake date will be noted in the packaging or through correspondence). we package our cookies within an hour of coming out of the oven to ensure they stay fresh for as long as possible.

you can also freeze them in a freezer bag (you can keep them in their packaging, but tossed gently into a freezer bag) for up to three months. leave out at room temperature to defrost. putting cookies in the fridge could cause them to dry out faster than leaving at room temperature—the fridge is a dry place!

our cookies are between 3-3.5 oz. typically a cookie with add-ins (think chocolate chips, nuts, etc) leans more towards 3.5 oz to account for the heft of the add-in. 

compared to most New York cookie establishments, ours run a little over half the size. we want you to be able to share them, if you want, but also not feel bad about eating a whole one (or two)!

unfortunately, like our ice cream, frozen dough balls cannot be shipped. we do offer local delivery for them, and they’re always available for pick up.

pretty simple, but it’s essential you toss your dough balls back in the freezer as soon as you can. once in the freezer, they’ll last upwards of 12 months. we recommend transferring them to a freezer bag (preferably reusable!) to help avoid any freezer burn, not that they’ll last that long your freezer. ;)

tip: if you accidentally bake cookies that you can't eat in one sitting, toss a slice of bread into the container you storing your extra cookies in. the cookies will absorb the moisture from the bread, keeping them chewy. the bread on the other hand... crusty! you can also freeze baked cookies! again, recommend a freezer bag for those, and they should last upwards of 3 months before the quality starts to degrade.

depends on your stomach! jk. first and most importantly, make sure your ice cream hits the freezer ASAP after purchase. we don’t use any commercial preservatives so our ice cream is best eaten somewhat quickly after purchase, but since it’s a frozen product they can last in the freezer for months. just like all other ice cream, quality will start to decline as air fills the space left by previously eaten ice cream within the pint container.
