about our product & how to store them

  • our cookies are best eaten within a week of bake (bake date will be noted in the packaging or through correspondence). we package our cookies within an hour of coming out of the oven to ensure they stay fresh for as long as possible.

    you can also freeze them in a freezer bag (you can keep them in their packaging, but tossed gently into a freezer bag) for up to three months. leave out at room temperature to defrost. putting cookies in the fridge could cause them to dry out faster than leaving at room temperature—the fridge is a dry place!

  • our cookies are between 3-3.5 oz. typically a cookie with add-ins (think chocolate chips, nuts, etc) leans more towards 3.5 oz to account for the heft of the add-in. 

    compared to most New York cookie establishments, ours run a little over half the size. we want you to be able to share them, if you want, but also not feel bad about eating a whole one (or two)!

  • pretty simple, but it’s essential you toss your dough balls back in the freezer as soon as you can. once in the freezer, they’ll last upwards of 12 months. we recommend transferring them to a freezer bag (preferably reusable!) to help avoid any freezer burn, not that they’ll last that long your freezer. ;)

    tip: if you accidentally bake cookies that you can't eat in one sitting, toss a slice of bread into the container you storing your extra cookies in. the cookies will absorb the moisture from the bread, keeping them chewy. the bread on the other hand... crusty! you can also freeze baked cookies! again, recommend a freezer bag for those, and they should last upwards of 3 months before the quality starts to degrade.

  • depends on your stomach! jk. first and most importantly, make sure your ice cream hits the freezer ASAP after purchase. we don’t use any commercial preservatives so our ice cream is best eaten somewhat quickly after purchase, but since it’s a frozen product they can last in the freezer for months. just like all other ice cream, quality will start to decline as air fills the space left by previously eaten ice cream within the pint container.

shipping, delivery & pick up

  • unfortunately, again… all ice cream must be picked up in person or delivered via Uber delivery. USPS shipping is not available.

  • ice cream orders placed before 9pm EST are ready within 1-2 days. our ice cream is made to order and it takes time to chill and solidly freeze! orders placed after 9pm EST are available three days after the date purchased, unless otherwise specified.

  • unfortunately, like our ice cream, all frozen dough balls cannot be shipped. we do offer Uber delivery for them, and they’re always available for pick up.

  • simply put, local delivery is done by our team and shipping is done by USPS. local delivery is a little more flexible in that we’re able to schedule a day and time for delivery. USPS Priority Mail shipping has a shipping range of 1-3 days, excluding Sundays. because our ice cream and frozen dough balls need to be delivered ASAP, Uber delivery is the only available delivery option for our ice cream and frozen dough balls. Uber delivery prices vary depending on your location and Uber’s delivery system. 

  • NYC local delivery is available for most of Brooklyn, The Bronx, Queens & Manhattan. during checkout, enter your delivery address to discover if your exact location is available for local delivery. 

  • local delivery orders placed before 5pm EST can be delivered by end of next day. orders placed after 5pm EST are available the second day after the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

  • shipping orders placed Sunday–Wednesday before 5pm EST: ships by end of next day. 1-3 day Priority Mail shipping.

    shipping orders placed Wednesday after 5pm–Saturday before 5pm EST: ships the following Monday. 1-3 day Priority Mail shipping.

    we’ve had too many instances of USPS not shipping product properly over the weekend and being stuck in transit for 5+ days, even with the Priority Mail packaging that we use. we will always attempt to get orders in the mail ASAP, and occasionally we can still make a next day drop off if ordered after 5pm the day prior—again, this is not always possible.

    unless you’ve stated differently in the checkout form, we will ship mail according to the above timeline.

  • orders over 36 cookies may need an extra day to prepare, depending on the number of flavors. we will reach out upon purchase to confirm which day the order will be ready for pick up, delivery or shipping.
