For cookie purchase only: LOCAL DELIVERY & PICK UP: local delivery and pick up orders placed before 5pm EST can be delivered by end of next day. orders placed after 5pm EST are available the second day after the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. SHIPPING: shipping orders placed Sunday–Wednesday before 5pm EST: ships by end of next day. 1-3 day Priority Mail shipping. shipping orders placed Wednesday after 5pm EST–Saturday before 5pm EST: ships the following Monday. 1-3 day Priority Mail shipping. we’ve had too many instances of USPS not shipping product properly over the weekend and being stuck in transit for 5+ days, even with the Priority Mail packaging that we use. we will always attempt to get orders in the mail ASAP, and occasionally we can still make a next day drop off if ordered after 5pm the day prior—again, this is not always possible. LARGER ORDERS: orders over 36 cookies may need an extra day to prepare, depending on the number of flavors. we will reach out upon purchase to confirm which day the order will be ready for pick up, delivery or shipping.
