made with golden toasted brown rice & matcha.

inspired by the Japanese tea, genmaicha and it's counterpart matcha-iri genmaicha. we start by toasting brown rice until a significant number of the grains have popped and browned. then we pour in our matcha base and let the flavors mix overnight. the rice is then strained out before the ice cream is churned.
