BAKING INSTRUCTIONS!
2. place 4-5 inches apart on parchment or silicone sheet lined baking sheet. we recommend Nordic Ware baking sheets for even baking.
preheat oven to 350ºF.
4. cool for at least 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack or plate to fully cool.
3. bake for 20-24 minutes. we rotate the pans 180º at the halfway mark, but it’s not completely necessary. it just gives a more even bake!
INGREDIENTS: semi-sweet chocolate chips, unsalted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cake flour, unbleached bread flour, granulated sugar, grade aa cage free egg, whole milk powder, vanilla extract, diamond crystal salt, baking powder and baking soda.
