snickerdoodle cookies are often referred to as a holiday cookie, but we felt they needed a bit more oomph, so we subbed the cinnamon for five spice… and added even more five spice to that :) this girlie is clove heavy, but in all the right places.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS!
1. preheat oven to 350ºF. this cookie doesn’t spread as much baked from frozen, if you’d like a little more spread we suggest pulling the dough ball out 10-15 minutes before bake to thaw the dough ball slightly.
2. place 4-5 inches apart on parchment or silicone sheet lined baking sheet. we recommend Nordic Ware baking sheets for even baking.
3. bake for 22-24 minutes. we rotate the pans 180º at the halfway mark, but it’s not completely necessary. it just gives a more even bake!
4. cool for at least 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack or plate to fully cool.

INGREDIENTS: granulated sugar, unsalted butter, cake flour, unbleached bread flour, rainbow sprinkles, grade aa cage free egg, light corn syrup, vanilla extract, salt, five spice blend, cream of tartar and baking soda.
