BAKING INSTRUCTIONS!
preheat oven to 350ºF. this cookie doesn’t spread as much baked from frozen, if you’d like a little more spread we suggest pulling the dough ball out 10-15 minutes before bake to thaw the dough ball slightly.
2. place 4-5 inches apart on parchment or silicone sheet lined baking sheet. we recommend Nordic Ware baking sheets for even baking.
4. cool for at least 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack or plate to fully cool.
3. bake for 22-26 minutes. we rotate the pans 180º at the halfway mark, but it’s not completely necessary. it just gives a more even bake!
INGREDIENTS: unsalted butter, white chocolate chips, pistachios, brown sugar (granulated sugar & molasses), cake flour, unbleached bread flour, granulated sugar, grade aa cage free egg, culinary grade matcha, vanilla extract, diamond cyrstal salt, baking powder and baking soda.
